These terms apply to Omega Games and the games on it, run by Omega Coding Club ("we"). By playing you agree to them. If you are under 18, please read them with a parent or guardian.

Playing the games

The games are free to play in your browser for personal, non-commercial fun. You don't need an account. We may add, change or remove games and features at any time, and saved progress may be reset when a game changes.

Content

Some games contain cartoon violence (such as fighting or shooting cartoon characters), satire of real-world institutions, and comic mischief. Each game's content is described in the Parents' guide. The games are fiction: characters, places and events are invented, and the satire is not meant to describe any real person or organization.

Ads and rewards

• Rewarded ads are optional. A reward is only given when the ad is watched to the end.
• In-game money, boosts and other rewards have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged, sold or refunded.
• Don't use bots, scripts or repeated clicking to trigger or interact with ads. This can get the site's ads shut off.

Fair use of the site

Please don't try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site, copy the games to host elsewhere, or use them in a way that breaks the law.

Ownership

The games, artwork, code and text on this site belong to Omega Coding Club and its contributors. Third-party libraries and fonts are used under their own licenses.

No warranty

The games are provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to keep them working, but we don't promise they will always be available or free of bugs, or that saved progress will never be lost.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Omega Coding Club is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
