Omega Games is run by the Omega Coding Club. There is no support desk and no ticket system: email reaches the people who write the games, and we answer when we can.
That address is for everything: bugs, ideas, privacy, press and parents' questions. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not add anyone to a list.
What to write about
A game is broken
Tell us which game, what you were doing and what device and browser you were using. A screenshot helps more than anything else. Most bugs we fix are ones somebody wrote in about.
An idea for a game, or a change to one
We read all of them, and several games on the site exist because somebody asked for them.
A privacy question, or a child’s data
We do not collect personal information, and there are no accounts. If you believe we hold something about you or your child anyway, write to us and we will look and delete it. See the privacy policy.
Something in a game worries you as a parent
The parents' guide describes what is in every game. If something in there is wrong, or a game has changed and the guide has not, please tell us.
Advertising or business
Same address. Ads on the site are served through Google, not sold by us directly.
How long we take
This is a hobby club, so an answer usually takes a few days. Anything about a child's data or a privacy request is dealt with first.
